Heya why m I giving ‘e’MPHASIS on eMPHASIS – e = ‘MPHASIS’ ??? Actually the story behind this is that... It was my 1st Company @ my College “GREAT NIST” (bliss) I sat my CAMPUS DRIVE .... :P
Last Friday (i.e.; 9th Apr.) we had our MID TERM EVALUATION of our Final semester project : ( for presenting it we were struggling hard since 28th march. Din ka Chain Raat ki Neend udi hui thi 4 10 credit points ;P. My group (GR-1 ‘charlies angels’) was in the first slot so we were free by 12:40 PM. We were happy, giggling, shouting ... {sab kuch tham gaya when we reached @ Bus Stop 2 c our Bus No.s} A notice ..notice.. notice... (red paper- black ink- bold fonts) ;’(
“ALL B-TECH & MCA ARE INFORMED..." Everybody’s face turned PALE BLUE. Truly speaking we were happy that a company is visiting and there is a chance of our recruitment but fact was we were not prepared enough to put our best within next 2 days...
Our bus arrived @ 1:15 PM I was sitting in BUS NO. 7 (this bus can b compared with a bullock cart. Kabhi race hua to bullock cart will win LOL) the whole way to my home My 1st thought was what 2 wear? all my Formals r untidy... : D fir 2nd thought Padhai kahan se suru karun.. 3rd thought will there b technical questions in the written test!! 4th thought If I get selected in written what will my topic 4 GD :P {purely bakwas question was arising in my mind} 5th thought if I do well in GD then what will b da questions @ PI {pani shaar se upar jaa raha tha : D} thank God till i was abt 2 get a 6th thaught I got down frm NIST’s Bullock Cart :D
Reached home... had my Lunch (HALWA) aur ghoode baich ke so gayi... woke up @ eve nd washed 1 bucket of cloths along with my 5 different coloured handkerchief (m quite concerned of my handkerchief :D) switched on my DELL INSPIRON {naam to dekho INSPIRON jo mujhe koi bhi inspiron nahi diya 4 MPHASIS : ) } inserted my TATA INDICOM , Mozilla Firefox ( he he he now obviously www.gmail.com next tab www.orkut.co.in next tab www.facebook.com now the next tab was for www.google.co.in and in the search tab key word was “CAMPUS QUESTIONS FOR MPHASIS” ). Fir bhi akal nahi ayi next day i.e; on Saturday went to BALUGAUON (my chottu chachu stays dere) for 2 days of vacation as I promised my lil bro 2 visit him on the weekend..
Two consecutive days of masti with my sis n bro came back home on Sunday evening. Fir sare kapdon ko Iron kiya (ek raaz ki baat batun.. thoda sa OS[operating system] padha tha mene raat ko ;) {kisi kaam ka nahi aya} Next day woke up wore my sizzling-dazzling coffee brown dress, wore all necessary cosmetics I use every day (LOL aaise bol rahi hun jaise mujhe 1 hr lagta hai regullary 4 my heavy makeup : D )
Went to college no frnds at College....( about 15 boys and 2 gals {me n Niharika}) Den hum do abla nari thaught of bunking SAP class... we went to placement cell and saw our names eligible 4 sitting for MPHASIS :P phir hum do kadam kadam bhadha ke NH pea a khade hue.... {agn a big story kabhi fursat me narrate karungi ;( ) Now I got the inspiron to study something 2 eMPHASIS on MPHASIS. :D . Phir der raat tak me ne DS(data structure**) aur OS(operating system **) padhai ki..... : )

Nxt day morning i.e;13th april 2010 : ( I woke up nd got ready singing a song frm Chachi 420 { bhaga bhaga duada duada sa.... ;) } reached college nd got a news from our placement cell that we all have 2 report LHC-406 @ 12:40 PM. 9:20 AM se 12:40PM tak we all frnds were sitting at Octagon Cafteria. Had our lunch at reported sharp @ 12:40 PM agn we heard dat we will b called in 3 diff slots for examination... : ( we MCA were in the 3rd slot..
Din nikal gaya sitting @ lawn in front of LHC (Lecture Hall Complex). We were called @ evening 6:00 PM garmi se hum behal... dimag to ghassh charne chali gayi thi tab tak..... (mujhe ek advertisement ka gana yaad aa raha tha us waqt: aya mausam dermi cool ka..):D The whole day we made lots of plaaning plotting....... ... .... .... ... .... ... at last exam khatam hua aur ghar pahunche 10:00 PM ko.......
NXT DAY WE GOT THE NEWS : ( A SADDY SADDY NEWS ..... eMPHASIS-e has only selected 83 out of 368 in written...
Moral of the story : “I M NOT PLACED”. :(
